At our vegetable selling website, we strive to provide you with the freshest and highest quality vegetables. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
Ordered item is out of stock
The vegetables you received are significantly different from what you ordered.
The vegetables are damaged, spoiled, or in an unsatisfactory condition upon delivery/pickup.
2. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support within 1 hour of receiving the vegetables.
Provide the necessary details such as order date & time, payment references, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos, if applicable).
Our customer support team will review your request and inform you about the refund decision within 48 hours.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
We generally give full refunds when customer meet the elegibility criteria and followed the refund process but for the refunds/returns in cases other that this, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting atleast 20% (which may extent upto 80%) of the ordered value to account for the loss of freshness and pickup charges will be borne by customer (if applicable)
The refund amount will be sent to the same UPI id which was used for the origional payment.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable:
Vegetables that have been consumed, cooked, or processed in any way.
Items that were not purchased directly from our website.
4. Exchange & Return
We do not offer exchange/return. Items once sold can't be returned/exchanged (except when one is eligible for refund)
